Many of the people who come to me are feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disconnected from themselves. They may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional stress, or simply the sense that something in their life no longer feels aligned.
When everything is moving quickly, it can be difficult to hear your own internal signals.
My work creates space to slow things down, bring the body back into regulation, and help you reconnect with your own clarity.

HOW I FOUND THIS WORK

Spirituality had always been something I felt drawn to, but it wasn’t until I became a mother that things truly shifted for me.
During that season of my life I was overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly on edge. My nervous system was dysregulated, although I didn’t have the language for that at the time. I only knew that I felt reactive, stretched thin, and exhausted in a way that sleep couldn’t fix.
Eventually there came a point where pushing through was no longer working.
That season became a turning point. I realized that if I wanted to feel different, I had to begin choosing differently.
Reiki entered my life during that time.
When I first started training, I didn’t see it as something that would become my work. I believed I was learning it primarily for myself and possibly to support my family.
But during my Reiki training weekends, sitting in sessions and learning alongside others, something became very clear.
I wasn’t the only person navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system stress. There were many people carrying similar experiences and searching for ways to reconnect with themselves.
That realization slowly opened the door to this work.
WHAT I STARTED NOTICING
As I began working with people, certain patterns became very clear. Many people were living with nervous system dysregulation. They felt overstimulated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Some described feeling like they were moving through life on autopilot or living the day-to-day grind without feeling present in their own lives.
In many traditional approaches we focus heavily on talking through experiences and understanding them intellectually. That work can be incredibly valuable.
But I often noticed something was missing. The body wasn’t always part of the conversation.
Stress, emotion, and experiences can remain stored in the body even when we logically understand them. When the nervous system stays activated, clarity becomes difficult to access.
Reiki allowed me to bring the body back into the process.
That integration of reflection, nervous system support, and energy work became the foundation of how I approach sessions today.

HOW I WORK NOW
When someone comes into a session, we don’t rush into fixing anything.
We begin by slowing everything down. In the first few minutes we ground and talk about what is happening in your current world. What brought you to the session, what feels heavy, and what you are hoping to shift or understand.
From there we move into the session itself.
During that time, many people experience their nervous system settling. Sometimes there are emotional releases. Sometimes physical sensations shift. Often people simply notice their mind slowing down and their body feeling more relaxed.
Clarity tends to follow regulation.
I also integrate intuitive tools such as crystals and oracle cards when they feel supportive for the session. These tools can help bring additional insight to what is coming up.
One thing that is important to me is that the work doesn’t stop when the session ends.
Many people who come to sessions don’t yet have consistent self-care practices or routines that support their nervous system. Before we finish, we often talk about simple ways to continue supporting that regulation in everyday life.
I call this healing homework. These are small, realistic practices that help people carry the work forward after the session.
Every session is shaped around the individual and what they need in that moment.
WHO I WORK BEST WITH

The people who tend to feel most aligned with my work are often navigating anxiety, overwhelm or nervous system overstimulation.
Many are parents, especially mothers, who are balancing a lot while trying to reconnect with themselves. Others are people exploring spirituality and wanting a grounded space to ask questions and better understand their experiences.
I also work with individuals who live with ADHD or autism and who benefit from nervous system support and grounding practices.
Some people come to sessions during emotionally complex seasons such as infertility or miscarriage, when additional steadiness and care can make a meaningful difference.
What many of these people share is a desire to slow down, reconnect with themselves and move forward in a way that feels more grounded and intentional.
