Reiki Level 1 & 2 Training

October 24-25, 2026

There are many ways we arrive at Reiki. Sometimes it begins with curiosity. Sometimes it comes during a period of personal growth or change. Sometimes you simply feel that there is something more you are being called to explore.

If you have been feeling drawn to Reiki, this may be your invitation to begin.

My Reiki trainings offer an intimate, supportive space to learn the practice of Reiki, develop your relationship with energy, and experience Reiki for yourself while learning how to share it with others. Whether you are completely new to Reiki or are looking to deepen your existing spiritual or healing practice, you are welcome here. This training is based in the Usui Reiki tradition and incorporates the Holy Fire® III Reiki system.

Over the course of the training, you will learn the foundations and practical application of Reiki while having the opportunity to experience the energy for yourself. The training combines teaching, discussion, meditation, personal experience and hands-on practice. There is space to ask questions, explore your experiences and develop confidence in your own connection with Reiki.

During your Reiki training, you will learn:

• The history and principles of Usui Reiki and Holy Fire III Reiki
• Reiki hand positions and techniques
• Energy awareness and developing your intuitive connection
• Reiki meditations and practices
• Professional boundaries and ethics
• How to incorporate Reiki into your personal spiritual or wellness practice

Your Reiki Experience

Learning Reiki is about more than memorizing hand positions or learning a sequence of techniques. It is an opportunity to become more aware of yourself, your energy and your connection to the world around you.

Throughout the training, you will have opportunities to practice Reiki, experience the energy firsthand and explore what Reiki means to you.

My intention is to create a space where you can learn without pressure, ask questions without judgment and develop confidence in your own experience.

This training may be right for you if:

• You feel called to learn Reiki
• You want to deepen your spiritual or personal practice
• You are interested in energy healing
• You already work in a wellness, spiritual or helping profession and want to incorporate Reiki into your practice
• You simply have a feeling that Reiki is something you are meant to explore

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You simply need to be open to learning and experiencing something new.

Your training includes:

• In-person Reiki instruction
• Holy Fire® III experiences and attunements
• Hands-on Reiki practice
• Training materials (my guide and ICRT Healing Touch Manual)
• Certificates upon successful completion of the training weekend
• Guidance and support throughout the training (and beyond)
